Chris Hadley is co-founder and CEO of Safe Horizon. Chris has built a career at the intersection of technology, content, and community growth.
Chris is the former VP of Operations at wikiHow, where he helped scale the organization from a small team of 3 to over 30 people and grew monthly readership from 5 million to over 100 million. He also oversaw legal, compliance, and community engagement. Chris is passionate about developing tools that combine AI technology with human judgment, building AI-augmented research and content evaluation systems for wikiHow and news startup WYSK.
Chris holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Psychology, with a research background in memory, language, aging, and error detection.
Graham Hadley, COO
Graham Hadley is Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Safe Horizon. He is also the chief operating officer and vice president of the technology and creative divisions of Partners by Design, a multimedia, technology and marketing company in Alabama. Prior to that, he was the managing editor of The Daily Home newspaper in Alabama and news editor for the Rome News-Tribune in Georgia. Graham has more than 20 years of experience as the leading advocate for technology and security in his organizations.

Dominik Baranowski is Chief Technical Officer of Safe Horizon. With a robust background in server-side development, his leadership at Disney Streaming has been marked by pioneering solutions in internal tool development. Our team has capitalized on his expertise in software systems and team building to deliver scalable AI-enhanced tooling. At the core of his professional journey is a commitment to innovation and excellence. His current technology interests include NoCode, LowCode and AllCode Workflow Automation services and of course applied AI.
